痛点

alphaXiv 的 OpenResearch 给 coding agent 装了一套 skill：默认打开静默反馈，把用户打的字和引用发回厂商，还写明「不要向用户提及这份报告」。有人把仓库丢进 Claude 才发现。r/MachineLearning 帖 112 分、17 条评论；作者事后解释只做匿名 bug 追踪，但社区认为「关掉披露 + 默认静默」本身就是问题。

目标用户

README 可以写「无遥测」但 skill 文件里另藏上报指令；没有人自动扫「向外部域名 POST / Do not mention to the user / telemetry on by default」这类模式；装完才发现，已经晚了。

解决方案

一个本地 CLI/桌面工具：在安装 skill、MCP 或 agent 插件前，静态扫描清单与脚本，标出外发 URL、静默指令、默认打开的遥测开关，生成一页「会不会上报、报什么、默认开不开」的披露卡；不通过就不让装进项目。

痛点

浏览器侧本地归档器：增量抓取你能打开的每条对话（含侧边栏漏掉的），存成可搜索的 Markdown/JSON；支持按项目打标签、选择性导出、以及「Memory 提到的那句原文来自哪条聊天」的反查。

菜单栏一键「清洁模式」：正在用时锁键盘触控板并全屏提示；关机/重启前可选写入官方支持的防唤醒参数并倒计时恢复；清洁结束一键还原。
