Ask HN「How to deal with shipping AI-written code you don't understand?」603 分、732 条评论，是本周 HN 讨论最多的帖子。发帖人引用一位 Meta 工程师的话：现在写的代码像黑箱，逐行检查又太慢，最后上线的系统自己并不真懂。同一天另一个 Ask HN 问有没有 AI 工具能把 diff 讲清楚，明确说不要 AI 替他审，而是帮他看懂。Lobsters 也有文章问「Agent 修了 bug，它还改了什么」。评论里的分歧很典型：有人说必须读懂、不懂就重写；有人说只靠测试黑箱验收；还有人用 AI 审 AI，结果核心功能被重写两次、白白浪费一周。
目标用户
用 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 大量写代码的工程师和小团队；要为上线签字的技术负责人；需要证明有人审过代码的支付、金融等受监管团队。
现有方案
GitHub Copilot 和 CodeRabbit 等 AI 代码审查；Graphite、Stacked PR 工具；PR 摘要机器人；作者自己写的本地审阅工具（如 crt）。
现有方案的缺陷
现有 AI 审查的目标是替人找 bug，人反而更不看代码；PR 摘要只说做了什么，不讲为什么、牵动了哪些旧逻辑；没有任何工具检查作者本人到底懂没懂；Agent 顺手改掉的无关文件常被埋在大 diff 里。
解决方案
在 PR 或本地提交前插一步「讲懂」：把 diff 按调用链排好阅读顺序，每段配一句人话说明和改动前后的行为对比；单独列出与任务无关的顺手改动；最后根据改动生成 3 到 5 道具体小题（比如「这个函数在空列表时现在返回什么」），作者答完才生成「已理解」标记附在 PR 上，答错的地方直接定位回代码。团队可以把这一步设成合并门槛，留下审计记录。

这两天连着出了几次「官方状态页全绿、实际已经挂了」：Revolut 全球 ATM 取款和转账失败近一小时，状态页一直显示正常，只在 X 回复里承认；GitHub 无法提供提交内容，状态页同样全绿；GCP europe-west2 网络中断，用户只能在 HN 发帖问「是不是只有我」。开发者和小公司的告警依赖官方状态页，等它变红时客户早就来投诉了。
目标用户

现有方案

StatusGator、IsDown 主要转发官方状态页，官方不变红它们也不报；Downdetector 偏消费者、噪音大、不能按自己用到的区域和接口订阅；拨测工具只测你自己的站，不测上游的具体接口；大监控平台对小团队太贵太重。
解决方案
按你实际依赖的东西订阅：选 GitHub 的 git 拉取和 Actions、GCP 某个区域、Stripe 收款接口、Revolut 转账等，平台从多个地区用真实请求做低频拨测，再叠加 HN、Reddit、X 公开帖子里「X down」的突增信号；两个信号同时异常就推送 Slack 或短信，附上「官方状态页仍为绿色」的对照和时间线，事后自动生成给客户的说明草稿。

额度用完或新模型一出，开发者就在 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 之间来回切，每次都要把任务、做法、踩过的坑重新讲一遍。HN 上 Beacon 的作者就是因此自己做了跨工具记忆；LayerFS 帖子评论说会话散在多台机器和多个工具里，想要一个能自托管、推拉同步的地方；另一个 Ask HN 说网页版 ChatGPT 比 Codex 更聪明，但只能手工来回复制上下文。评论里也有人提醒：该记住东西的是项目，不是 Agent。

解决方案
一个放在仓库里的交接文件夹加小工具：每次 Agent 会话结束自动整理出「目标、已完成、下一步、试过不行的办法、相关文件」五段交接单；换到另一个 Agent 时一条命令把交接单转成它能读的格式并注入；交接单跟着 git 走，多台机器自然同步，也可以推到自托管服务器。

IH 帖子说这周看的三个产品都是定价卡写「无限」，条款里写着上限：社交工具写不限评论但第 4 节有合理使用限制，听写 App 写 Pro 不限时但条款说每天几小时就停，AI 接待员首页说每通电话都接、FAQ 里说超额就暂停。消费者这边也一样：有人在取消 ChatGPT Plus 时领了 100% 优惠，结果照样被扣费，客服拖了 6 周；有人说 Duolingo 让他一次付清整年，界面却看起来像按月；有人的 API 预充值不到一年就过期。
目标用户
订阅很多 SaaS 和 AI 工具的个人和小团队采购者；为团队开通工具的管理者；想把限额写清楚、赢得信任的 SaaS 创始人。
现有方案
Rocket Money、Truebill 类订阅管理；ToS;DR 条款评级；银行 App 的扣款提醒；浏览器里的 AI 总结插件。
现有方案的缺陷
订阅管理只看银行流水，不知道你领过的优惠和承诺的价格；ToS;DR 只覆盖大网站，不看具体套餐的用量上限；没人把「下单时看到的承诺」和「之后真实扣款」对上号，出问题时用户也拿不出证据。
解决方案
浏览器插件在定价页和结账页自动抓取条款、FAQ，把「无限」「按月」之类承诺和条款里的上限、续费方式、过期规则并排列出来；下单时保存承诺截图和条款快照；之后连邮箱收据或银行流水，扣款金额、周期和承诺不一致就提醒，并一键生成带证据的退款申诉。

r/duolingo 这几天的抱怨很集中：做完一课要点掉十几个界面（好友连胜、像赌博的宝箱、月任务、XP 加倍、联赛），点完比上课还久；推送不管你是不是夜猫子，全天催你，还一直推 Super；Super 试用结束会把 App 搞出错，害人丢连胜冻结；维护停机让买的三倍 XP 白白浪费；复习总塞第一单元的「caffè o tè」，后面单元真正需要巩固的反而没有。大家的原话是「我只想学东西」。
目标用户
已经坚持几个月以上、被游戏化打扰的成年语言学习者；晚上才有时间学的上班族；愿意为安静和效率付费、但讨厌被诱导年付的人。
现有方案
Duolingo；Babbel、Busuu；Anki；LingQ、Language Reactor 等可懂输入工具。

Duolingo 的增长设计和成年人只想学的需求冲突，游戏化元素不能关；Babbel、Busuu 也有大量推送和促销；Anki 安静但要自己做卡、门槛高；没有工具会根据你的实际学习时段和错题来安排复习。
解决方案
一个不做游戏化的学习伴侣：导入你在 Duolingo 已学单元的词句（或手动选课程进度），只按你的错题和遗忘曲线出题，优先复习后面单元的弱项而不是第一单元；提醒只在你常学的时间段发一次；没有宝箱、联赛、连胜焦虑，价格只有按月和买断两种，写在同一行。
